Mediation Services

Mediation enables disputing parties to come together in a neutral setting and voice their concerns. The object of mediation is to assist these disputing parties to focus on a mutual problem, talk about it, propose potential solutions, and, wherever possible, agree on a resolution.

A skilled mediator will help to bring about the underlying issues behind the dispute, which may not have been apparent prior to meeting. The parties often find that the process strengthens their relationships, as they come to understand each others point of view in a powerful face-to-face setting.

Employing the help of an experienced mediator to help resolve a commercial dispute has many additional benefits. Litigation can be a very costly and stressful process. Mediation, on the other hand, reduces legal costs and allows each party to have greater control of the process.
